Merry Christmas!
More time with family, and the afternoon to relax.
90 min run this afternoon. It was fun running through the neighborhoods smelling what everyone was cooking for their Christmas feast. mmmm.
I love it when I can plan a non out and back course to be EXACTLY the time I need.
I love new running shoes, it is almost like they run for you. I have been long overdue, and reluctant to crack open my last pair of pink Tangents. Just when I was getting comfortable with running in Barbie pink shoes, I will now be forced to order some of the 'new model' light blue ones. At least I have several pairs of worn out pink ones to wear to the gym. :)
